Lensottica Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy 

At Lensottica, we strive to offer a seamless shopping experience. Please find our cancellation, return, and replacement policies below:

 

Cancellation Policy:

    • You may cancel your order by reaching out to our customer care team on WhatsApp at wa.me/918369316932 or on email at sales@lensottica.in with your order details.
    • Kindly note that Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Orders once shipped are not eligible for cancellations.
    • We do not accept partial cancellations of Orders.
    • You will receive an email as soon as the cancellation is accepted and the amount paid towards the Order will be refunded to you within 5-7 (five to seven) business days from the date of acceptance of cancellation request. The amount shall be refunded to you through the same mode of payment used by you for the purchase or via credit to your store credit account which can be used for subsequent purchases. All refunds, except for refund to store credit account, shall be subject to our discretion, applicable policies laid out hereinbelow and charges of the User’s bank/financial institution.

 

Return & Exchange Policy:

    • Return or Exchange requests are accepted only if the product delivered has any physical damage or is different from what was ordered basis the Product description on our website. You are required to intimate our customer care team about the damaged or wrong product within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Return or Exchange requests must be supported with a valid sale receipt/invoice or a copy of the order confirmation along with the photographs of such damaged or wrong product delivered.
    • If the Return or Exchange request is approved, we will acknowledge your request for return via an email or whatsapp containing Product details, pickup details. Our reverse-logistics partner will get in touch with you once return request is created in order to collect the approved Product for return.
    • The Product must be in its unused, original condition, along with the original invoice/ sale receipt, brand outer box, MRP tags attached, warranty cards (if any), and original accessories (if any) in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up. We reserve the right to deny refund and exchange in the event the aforesaid condition is not fulfilled.
    • In case of Return requests, the refund shall be processed within 48 hours from the date of us receiving the return product at our warehouse only upon inspection, verification and assessment of the product and the supporting documents thereto and subject to fulfilment of all the conditions mentioned hereinabove.
    • In case of Exchange requests, the product shall be dispatched within 48 hours from the date of us receiving the return product at our warehouse only upon inspection, verification and assessment of the product and the supporting documents thereto and subject to fulfilment of all the conditions mentioned hereinabove.
    • Products offered at a discounted rate under clearance sale are not eligible for returns, exchange or refunds.
    • Product can be exchanged only once.
    • Please note that all Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.

 

Unethical Purchase & Cancellation

    • Any orders placed using unethical practices (e.g., exploiting technical glitches, or misusing offer terms) will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
    • In the event of cancellation requests for bulk orders, we reserve the right to forfeit the full amount paid towards such orders as cancellation fee.
    • In the event of misuse of offer codes or false contact information, Orders will be cancelled without refunds.
