At Lensottica, we aim to deliver your eyewear swiftly, securely, and in style. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:

1. Shipping Timeline

  • Order Processing: Within 1–2 business days
  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (within India)

Note: Delivery times may vary during festive season, adverse weather conditions, or any other unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all prepaid orders above ₹999
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional ₹50 (where applicable)

3. Delivery Partners

We partner with trusted aggregators (Shiprocket, etc.) to ensure your sunglasses arrive safe and on time.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking id via email/SMS. You can also log in to your Lensottica account to track it anytime, anywhere.

5. Delays or Issues

While we aim for timely delivery, there may be occasional delays. We will keep you informed such events.

6. Undelivered Packages

If your package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we’ll contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional charges may apply.
